 27th International Congress of Mathematicians took place in Seoul, Korea Aug 13–21 2014. The following members of the Steklov Institute gave their talks at the Congress:

Alexander Kuznetsov, Invited Section 45 min. talk Semiorthogonal decompositions in algebraic geometry in section Algebraic and Complex Geometry;
Alexander Pechen, Short Communication Recent advances in quantum control in section Mathematical Physics;
Vladimir Vatutin, Short Communication Macroscopic and microscopic structures of the family tree for a critical decomposable branching process in section Probability and Statistics.

 The Peoples' Friendship University of Russia with the cooperation of the Steklov Mathematical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Lomonosov Moscow State University organize the Seventh International Conference on Differential and Functional Differential Equations, August 2229, 2014.
